We’re Excited to Kick Off the Spring Career Readiness Cohort!

This spring, we are proud to launch the next session of the Career Readiness Series with an empowering and impactful workshop focused on helping participants gain greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their professional journey.

The first session, Career Clarity & Direction, will take place on May 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Co-LAB-oratory Training Institute and will be facilitated by Mrs. Laisha McDaniel, Founder of LLF Consulting.

In today’s evolving workforce, many professionals are searching for more than just a job — they are seeking alignment, purpose, growth, and a clear path forward. This session was intentionally designed to help participants identify their strengths, better understand their transferable skills, and begin building a career strategy rooted in intention rather than survival mode.
