Strategies & Tools for Programming: Design, Implementation & Evaluation

Strategies & Tools for Programming: Design, Implementation & Evaluation is a comprehensive three-part course that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and evaluate effective programs.

Part 1 Participants will learn the key principles, strategies, and tools necessary to develop effective programs that address community needs and achieve desired outcomes. This part of the course provides a strong foundation for successful program implementation and evaluation.

PART 1 DATES JULY 12, AUGUST 23, OCTOBER 4

Part 2 Equips participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively implement programs based on their designed framework. Participants will gain valuable insights into implementation strategies, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and monitoring processes, enabling them to confidently translate program designs into actionable steps and ensure successful program delivery.

PART 2 DATES JULY 19, AUGUST 30, OCTOBER 11

Part 3 Focuses on program evaluation and continuous improvement. Participants will gain an understanding of evaluation principles, tools, and techniques to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. This course emphasizes the importance of utilizing evaluation findings to improve program outcomes and make evidence-based decisions.
