Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for reserving space at the TGF™ Co-LAB-oratory Training Institute (CTI). To ensure a professional and seamless experience, the following policies apply to all bookings. Reservations All reservations must be submitted through the official CTI booking system. Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed (unless otherwise approved in writing). A 2-hour minimum applies to most spaces. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking for all non-members. Member discounts, credits, or special pricing apply based on the active membership tier. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to the reservation may receive a 50% booking credit for future use. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the reservation and are subject to availability Space Usage & Conduct CTI is a professional, clean, drug- and alcohol-free environment. All guests and licensees must: Respect reserved time blocks Include setup and breakdown within booking period Return the space to its original condition Follow posted capacity limits Overtime usage may result in additional charges. Damage or excessive cleaning may result in fees. Liability Insurance Requirements Certain events require proof of liability insurance, regardless of event size. Insurance is required for events involving: Trainings/workshops, Youth participants/minors, media production/filming, physical activity/equipment use Required Coverage General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate The following must be listed as Additional Insured TGF™ the co-LAB-oratory Training Institute 79th Chatham LLC Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to compliance@touchgiftfoundation.org no later than 7 days before the event. Equipment & Labs Use of the Media Suite and Digital Learning Lab equipment must be reserved in advance and handled responsibly. Equipment must be returned in working condition. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited. Liability & Enforcement TGF™ is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries resulting from misuse of space or equipment. CTI reserves the right to deny or terminate bookings for policy violations or safety concerns. Policy Agreement By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking Policy.
